Information you provide
Our forms ask for your name, email address and rental message. Phone number and referral source are optional. You may provide dates, boat or equipment preferences, group size, project location, attachments or transport needs. We use this information to respond, discuss availability and quotes, arrange rentals and maintain related business records. A website inquiry does not reserve a rental or take payment. Please do not send passwords, card details or identity-document images through these forms.
Services and access
We use WordPress and Jetpack to operate the website and handle forms. Inquiry copies are stored in the website response system and delivered to our rental email. Our team and the service providers supporting website hosting, communications, bookings, agreements, payments and business administration may process information needed for those activities. Business administration can include AI-assisted tools. Providing information through a booking, payment, email or social-media service also involves that service’s own privacy practices.
For spam protection, form submission details such as your email address, message, IP address, browser information and site URL may be processed by Akismet, an Automattic service. Spam filtering can prevent a submission from reaching our team. See Jetpack form privacy information for details about submission processing.
Jetpack statistics process technical visit information, including IP address, browser information, pages and referring links, to report website activity. External services supply images and other website assets. The boat map loads Esri tiles and a map library from external servers when you approach it. Facebook-related scripts may also load. These services receive technical requests from your browser. Cookies or similar technologies may be used by the services involved; browser cookie settings can affect how features work.

How long we keep information
We keep information for responding to inquiries, managing rentals, accounting, insurance and resolving questions or disputes. Our retention review targets are 12 months after the last contact for inquiries that do not become rentals, and seven years after completion and settlement for rental and transaction records. These are review points, not automatic deletion dates. We may retain information longer when it is needed for an ongoing matter or an applicable recordkeeping requirement. Copies may also exist in email, provider systems and backups.
Your questions and requests
You can contact us to ask about information you provided or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. We review requests in light of applicable requirements and records needed for rentals, accounting, insurance or disputes. Please send enough information to locate your inquiry, but do not email passwords or full payment-card details.
